We believe that long table waiting times cost US restaurants $200+ billion in forgone sales annually in addition significant incremental tip revenue for restaurant staff which can be as much as 20% of those sales or more. We also believe that most restaurant guests dislike waiting to pay and that a large portion of customers will not return due to long waiting times. In addition we believe that a manually processed check is a missed opportunity to capture customer sentiment and data so that brands can have conversations with their customers, know who they are and what they are worth to the brand in question.

Our pay at table solution allows customers to take back control of their time by scanning a QR code at the bottom of the check. They can split the bill by amount or by menu item and tax and tip are automatically pro rated. At the end of the payment flow there is a short survey the guest can choose to take and an additional more extensive survey if the guest chooses to go further. Our surveys currently have a 60% take rate compared to less than 1% of customers who leave reviews on more well known review sites which may or may not be real customers. There is no requirement to download an app or for the restaurant in question to install any new hardware.
